Rozawood Custom D28 TR S Santos Rosewood 2022
The Rozawood workshop is the vision of guitar builder Roman Zajicek, known as one of the best guitar builders in Europe. His instruments are renowned for their impressive sound and impeccable finish.
For this Dreadnought, Roman took a close look at one of the most famous guitars in history: the D28 of Tony Rice and Clarence White! This bluegrass powerhouse is characterized by its enlarged soundhole and loud sound. A true legend!
The iconic and elegant design combines a torrefied Alpine spruce top with herringbone purfling with a Santos rosewood back, soft V-shaped Honduran mahogany neck, and ebony bridge and fingerboard.
The guitar dates from 2022 and has very light signs of wear on the pickguard, the top, and the back of the body. Furthermore, it is noticeable that the thin layer of lacquer on the back of the neck has partially worn away from playing, but this certainly has no adverse effect on playing comfort. A beautiful guitar that plays and sounds wonderful; with this Rozawood, you can't go wrong!
