The D45 Modern Deluxe is a fresh take on the Martin Vintage. This guitar is packed with custom features and modern technology that you have to see, feel, and hear for yourself! Vintage features include a Sitka spruce VTS top, a dovetail neck joint, and natural protein glue construction, giving it the rich, fully aged Martin tone that has inspired generations.
The look is unlike anything else in the Martin line, featuring European flamed maple binding, stylish gold frets, gold open tuners, and an elegant pearl-inlaid torch logo on the headstock. Some modern features include Liquidmetal bridge pins with abalone dots, a carbon fiber bridge plate that increases volume, and a new neck shape that is slightly asymmetrical for maximum hand comfort up and down the fretboard. This guitar is anything but standard!
This 2023 Martin has accumulated extremely minimal signs of wear and looks particularly neat. The pickguard has small scratches, and there are also a few scratches on the back of the neck near the second fret, as well as on the edge of the back of the headstock. Otherwise, the guitar is very clean and comes in a hardshell case with a TFOA passport.
